Erum Masood is Adviser, Media, and Asia Commonwealth Businesswomen’s Network. In her career, she has been promoting the new media and marketing strategies to support the South Asian Media on an International platform. Making sure her work is getting multicultural working exposure in the United Kingdom. Her understanding of the growth of the South Asian Media Industry has flourished and this has made for the different communities to share their cultural and traditional values globally.
Arif Zaman is Deputy Director, the Centre for Research and Enterprise (Enterprise and Internationalisation), London School of Business and Management, on the visiting faculty at Henley Business School, University of Reading and Executive Secretary, the Commonwealth Research Network on International Business. He is Executive Director of the Commonwealth Businesswomen’s Network, an accredited organization to 53 Governments on women’s leadership and economic empowerment which is a lead partner of the Commonwealth Enterprise and Investment Council. He is also CEO, Riscaire providing training and advisory services on governance and reputational risk in partnership with leading firms in related areas in the UK, Dubai, and Pakistan. He sits on the Board of the World Startup Festival. Arif is the author of the bestselling book on Reputational Risk (Financial Times, 2004 and published in Russian, 2008), still the only international research-based publication of book-length on reputational risk from a leading business publisher; it is also the most widely cited work on the subject in Islamic Finance. He has contributed to books and reports on corporate governance for the ACCA, Institute of Directors, Chatham House, the Commonwealth Secretariat and the Asian Productivity Organisation amongst others since 2003.
